The Backup Plan started with one very real thought:

Why don't women already have a kit for this?

You go to dinner with no intention of staying out late. One thing leads to another, plans change, and suddenly you're spending the night somewhere you definitely didn't pack for.

No toothbrush. No bonnet. No clean underwear. Nothing you normally use to feel like yourself in the morning.

And if you've ever found yourself contemplating a 4 AM drive home just because you need your own bathroom… you get it.

That's where The Backup Plan began.

I created The Backup Plan for the moments we don't necessarily put on the calendar.

The unexpected sleepover. The period that came early. The stain five minutes before an important meeting. The girls' trip that got a little too fun. The morning after. The “I really wish I had one of those right now” moments.
